I can't log into the app, what should I do?

Here are the best steps for getting logged back into Eventing Manager to start playing again.

Step 1:

Try "Forgot Password?" to reset your password. This will tell you if you have an account registered to that email.  If you do have an account for that email address, you will receive a password reset link.

You may find there is no account registered to your email address (the app will notify you if that's the case).  You can either create an account for that email address or try another of your email addresses under which you may have created your Eventing Manager account.

If you believe you do have an account for the entered email address, feel free to send us a message to look into the issue.  We aim to reply with in a few hours, so leave your email and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Step 2:

If you are still unable to get into the app after resetting your password, send us a message with as much detail as you can give. This will allow our team to help solve the issue as fast as possible.
